We are thrilled to announce that Samurai Legends will be launching on TrustPad!

Samurai Legends is a samurai-themed NFT open-world GameFi Metaverse. Players fight PvP battles, build, strategize and engage in politics in order to survive and thrive. In this sandbox of conflict, players aspire to become Shogun and gain ultimate control over the rules and economy of the game world.

The gameplay in Samurai Legends is inspired by titles such as Age Of Empires, Civilization and Slay the Spire. Ownership is central to the core concepts of the game, with players taking control of both lands and warriors.

Samurai legends approach their tokenomics in a similar fashion as Axie Infinity or Star Atlas, with their dual-token play-to-earn model. Samurai Legends ($SMG) is the main utility and governance token and has a fixed supply. It is used to buy ecosystem special assets such as lands and limited edition NFTS. $SMG is also used for governance proposals and staking with NFT rewards.

Koku ($KOKU) is their secondary play-to-earn game reward token which is inflationary. The $KOKU token is minted as game rewards and is burned when used to keep the supply in check. The token is also used for in-game upgrades, customization, progression, unlockables and trades between players.

Players can generate income through many different sources in the game, with the most prominent way being sales of special limited NFT assets such as lands.

Players will grow their armies, craft gear and spells, go to war and drive the game’s narrative in the quest to become the shogun of a true virtual nation. The game itself will incrementally be released in Q2-Q4 2022.

The game has many unique and groundbreaking takes on the play-to-earn concept and the expectations of the project are big. With good backing, thought through tokenomics, promising partnerships and a well-built game this is definitely a launch to keep your eyes on.

TrustPad uses a Levels System to determine the amount of guaranteed allocation a participant is entitled to. These levels start from 15k TPAD being staked in the IGO staking pool and can go up to 500k TPAD. The multiplier assigned to each level calculates how much allocation is provided per a base allocation, which is set once the registration period closes shortly before the start of the raise.

There are also lower lottery levels, starting from 3k TPAD which give you a much higher chance of obtaining an allocation when compared to the public whitelist.

Our four top tiers, Partner, Orbit, Black and Obsidian also gain access to private and seed sales hosted on the TrustPad platform.

Getting TPAD

The TrustPad site also has a ‘Buy TPAD’ button at the top which will send you to Pancake Swap to swap for TPAD. The User Interface of PCS sometimes doesn’t feed through the contract code, so manual searching is often required.

You may need to manually search for the TPAD contract: 0xADCFC6bf853a0a8ad7f9Ff4244140D10cf01363C

If this is the case, click on ‘Select a currency’ and paste the contract to the search bar, then select ‘TPAD’ once it pops up.

Staking TPAD to access the IGO

Once you’ve got some TPAD in your wallet, stake in Levels Page by completing the following steps:

1. Approve the interaction.
2. Stake number of TPAD you want to stake.

Once the pool page opens for Samurai Legends, make sure to register for the IGO so you get your spot secured.

The Level you have achieved can also be seen on the Levels Page noted above once you have staked.

As mentioned, you will need to register for the IGO to be eligible.

Participating in the IGO

Once the Raise is Live, the guaranteed allocation round will last approximately six (6) hours, followed by an FCFS round which is only for TPAD stakers and whitelisted wallets. You need to complete three steps to participate:

1. Head to https://trustpad.io/pool/samurailegends
2. Approve interaction.
3. Send BUSD.

Public Whitelist

The Public Whitelist is where non-TPAD stakers get the chance to participate in the IGO. Recently there have been over 250,000 participants and over 22m entries in the whitelist, meaning that if you just stake 2k TPAD and register you will be greatly increasing your chances.
