About Nintia
Nintia Estate is a browser-based play-to-earn game built on BSC that allows users to buy, sell, and earn NFT assets via digital real-state. Users will look to obtain plots of land throughout the empire-like ecosystem to construct their properties. More land and more properties equate to higher revenue streams on top of having a bigger and more respectable empire! The player’s objective is to maintain their properties in optimal conditions as every day NPC (Non-Playable Character) tenants will choose and pay for their visit based on past and future experiences.
On every plot of land, depending on rarity and location, players and future owners can build an array of properties by using the in-game items. Each of these properties have a number of rooms that limits the number of tenants it can host at the same time. To inceltivize the users of this land, rewards will be distributed in amounts of $NE (in-game currency) based on the number of rooms rented and the current state of the facility. Items in-game are also obtained using $NE.
Investors have the option to build houses and mansions in their non-NFT land. In the event that a piece of land is located in the desert, enemy bandits can take advantage of exposed properties. Players will also have to use other featured items in order to prevent getting reduced rewards in their rent such as the cleaning kits, construction crew, and repair kits. In addition to this, desert properties, for example, are not eligible to receive help from other players with the essential tasks of cleaning and repairing.

$NINTI is Nintia Estate’s official cryptocurrency.
Players will be able to use $NINTI to:
- Buy lands at our shop
- Buy and sell NFTs at our marketplace
- Buy a Gacha roll to obtain properties
- Exchange them to in-game currency (NE).
$NE
$NE is the in-game currency produced within the farming and PVP. It can be obtained by:
- Cleaning and repairing properties
- Passively from properties rent
- PVP victories
- Leaderboard

Levels system
Gamestarter uses a Levels system to determine the amount of guaranteed allocation a participant is entitled to. These levels start from 5k $GAME being staked in the IGO staking pool and go up to 150k $GAME. The multiple assigned to each level calculates how much allocation is provided per a base allocation, which is set once the registration period closes shortly before the start of the raise.
There are also lower lottery levels, starting from 750 $GAME which gives you a much higher chance of obtaining an allocation when compared to the public whitelist.

- Stake number of $GAME you want to stake
- Register for the IGO you want to participate in!

KYC
KYC will be provided in the registration panel. Make sure you have a valid document and mobile/computer camera at hand. The KYC confirmation will take anywhere from 2 minutes to 6 hours. A driver’s license is accepted, but a passport might shorten the confirmation time.
Participants (citizens) from the following countries are strictly excluded/not allowed to participate in the IGOs on Gamestarter launchpad: Afghanistan, Burundi, Central African Rep, Congo DR, Cuba, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Palestine, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine Regions of Crimean and Sevastopol, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
