The wait is finally over…We are delighted to announce that iTrust’s Initial Dex Offering (IDO) will take place on SushiSwap’s MISO Launchpad, on 23rd June 2021!
We have been operating in ‘stealth mode’ for the last six months and we thank our community for their patience. Now, it’s time for the iTrust ship to fully set sail!
We have a growing following across Social Media and have conducted four AMAs to date, with plenty more on the way. Of course, if you have any questions about the project in the meantime, you can always jump into our Telegram group and ask. There will be more announcements over the next few days including our whitepaper, tokenomics, investors, partners and our roadmap.
As we are now less than three weeks away from the IDO, it’s time to tell you everything you need to know in order to get your hands on some iTrust tokens.
The IDO in Numbers:
Date: June 23, 2021
Time: 2PM UTC
Price per token: $0.75
Total number of tokens to be sold: 200,000
Maximum per person: $300 (400 tokens)
Whitelist Approval: 600 applicants will be approved for a whitelist place(500 actual allocations available at IDO).
Please note: The iTrust IDO will be conducted on a First Come First Serve basis and we will be using the Crowdsale Auction Type on MISO.

How to participate
We will be releasing our launch page tomorrow, where you will be able to access all the details on iTrust including tokenomics and the whitepaper. Remember, you can always hop into our Telegram Chat Group to ask any questions!
Step 1:
Apply to Join the Whitelist. Ultimately, 600 participants will be chosen to have a place on the whitelist, guaranteeing them a chance to buy up to a $300 allocation at the IDO. The IDO will be oversubscribed as there will be 500 x $300 allocations available for the 600 whitelisted participants to purchase on a first come first served basis. This means, whitelisted participants are not all guaranteed an allocation as some will indeed miss out. So be quick!

- Join our Telegram Community Chat Group
- Join our Telegram Announcement Channel

- Fill out this form to apply for the whitelist
Note: It is important to fulfil all five of the above requirements to be eligible.
Step 3:
Once the whitelist closes, 600 randomly selected participants will receive an email with a link to complete their KYC process via Blockpass.

Step 4: (If you are selected for whitelisting)
When the IDO Commences on June 23, 2021 at 2PM UTC, Connect your MetaMask to MISO. This can be done by clicking the CONNECT button in the top-right of the page. At this time, MetaMask is the only supported wallet on MISO.

Once a wallet is connected, users will be able to see and interact with the Market specifics panel.
Step 5:
Wait until the countdown has finished and swap USDC for iTrust tokens.

Will every whitelisted participant get an allocation?
No. There will be 500 x $300 allocations available at the IDO. However there will be 600 whitelisted participants. This is because occasionally, whitelisted participants fail to take up their allocations on the day, leaving an excess. To prevent this, we are making only 500 allocations available on a first-come-first served basis. It is therefore important to take up your allocation as quickly as you can once the IDO commences, to avoid disappointment.
Why is my KYC still pending after X hours?
The Blockpass process can take a while, so please be patient. We can’t speed up this process from our side.
