Hi everyone, after half a year’s work we are proud to announce that Intersola is finally ready to launch! Our Solana Launchpad is ready to go and the first project to launch will be our own Intersola Token.

The response to our whitelist process was overwhelming, being over 20x subscribed, and we’d like to thank our community for the confidence and interest in the future of Solana. We are committed to our mission to become the fairest, most equitable and trustworthy launchpad, and to help grow the Solana ecosystem by supporting the best teams in crypto.

The Intersola IDO will take place on the 3rd of August at 12pm UTC time (noon)

We are pleased to announce the date of our public sale IDO which will take place on Tuesday the 3rd of August. The community may participate in one of two ways — primarily the successful participants of our whitelist, followed by any remaining allocation not purchased that will be available to the public.

The IDO will have a fixed total distribution of 1,000,000 ISOLA tokens to be sold at the price of $0.125 USD per token. The raise however will be in $SOL (so make sure to fund your wallet with $SOL in advance) with the price pegged to USD, 24 hours prior to the start of the IDO.

The process will run as follows:

24 hours before the sale begins, the conversion rate from SOL:USD will be set (ISOLA is priced at $0.125 USD per token)
Whitelisted participants who wish to participate must then acquire or hold enough SOL to fund their desired amount
When the sale starts at 12pm UTC time (noon) on the 3rd of August, a 20 minute whitelist sale period will begin, where whitelisted participants may buy up to their total allocation
If there is any unsold allocation, after the 20 minutes, a public sale period will begin where allocation will be open up to the public on a first-come-first-serve (FCFS) basis until the allocation is exhausted

Congratulations to all the successfully whitelisted wallets, you’ve secured your guaranteed allocation in the Intersola IDO. To those who haven’t checked already, you can search for your wallet this on our website.

Whitelisted wallets have a guaranteed allocation of 2,000 $ISOLA each, with a total value of $250. We believe this to be a fair distribution that will help drive decentralisation down the track as we attempt to include as many of our early-users as possible.

For those of you who missed out, any unsold allocation within 20 minutes from the start of the sale will be available for purchase on a first-come-first-serve basis. So be prepared with SOL in your wallet to have a shot in the public sale.

Remember to set up and fund Sollet wallet

Whilst there are a number of Solana wallets, Intersola currently requires you to set up and use a Sollet wallet. We’ve put together a guide on how to set up and fund your wallet here. Please remember, that you will need to fund your wallet with $SOL (purchasable on a number of exchanges), and not USDT or any USD based coin.

24 hours prior to the start of the sale, we will set a SOL:USD peg to determine a SOL per ISOLA price that is based on $0.135 USD per token

The final amount of SOL required to purchase your maximum guaranteed amount will be announced on our twitter, so please ensure you stay tuned 24 hours in advance

Much like in all IDO processes, there will likely be attempts at scamming the community through Telegram groups or otherwise. Please make sure you’re always on our official channels and websites below and take note of the following:

The whitelist is only available on the following website and nowhere else: https://intersola.io/whitelist
Anyone suggesting the whitelist is still open or offering to sell you tokens are trying to scam you
We will never add you to a telegram group offering you a sale, nor DM you to offer you whitelist or allocation
Only follow our own channels and take note of the name of our channels
The official contract address of $ISOLA has not been announced or released, and the token is not tradable right now
