We are excited to announce our first IDO of 2022 is Gladian! The Gladian IDO will take place on Monday, January 17 at 11:00am UTC on Samurai Launchpad. Interested participants can whitelist for the IDO from Wednesday, January 12, 14:00 UTC to Monday, January 17 at 4:00am UTC on Samurai Dashboard.

Gladian

Gladian is a multiplayer play-to-earn (P2E), free-to-play game built on the Binance Smart Chain. The game offers simple, but addictive gameplay in which players can create and upgrade their own NFT gladiators and earn $GLD tokens in everything they do!

Players will train their gladiators across three attributes; strength, agility, and intelligence in order to make them more powerful and increase their earning potential. Players can also stake $GLD in order to shorten the training time for their gladiators. After building up their gladiators, players can take on dozens of quests in three different difficulty levels and earn $GLD by successfully completing the missions. Players will also be able to earn additional $GLD by placing bets and winning PVP battles as well as participating in weekly tournaments.

Gladian does not have a fixed gameflow like many current P2E offerings and players can participate in as many quests as they please in order to increase earnings and accumulate in-game components. These components can be used to craft items that can be used in battles to gain an edge on the competition. Crafted items may also be bought and sold on the in-game marketplace for $GLD.

$GLD Tokenomics

The Gladian token is a BEP20 standard token with a total supply of 100 million $GLD of which 7,812,500 $GLD will be circulating at TGE. Given a DEX listing price of $0.02 USD, $GLD will have an initial market capitalization of just $156,250 USD.

*Notice from the Token Release Schedule that there are NO seed-round or private-round tokens. That means that Samurai IDO participants are the very first investors to have a chance to acquire $GLD (i.e. you are getting the token at the lowest price possible!)

The IDO for Gladian is set to take place on Monday, January 17, 11:00am UTC on Samurai Launchpad.

This LOTTERY-BASED whitelist IDO is open to all stakers at the Ninja tier (100 $CFi staked) and above on a first-come, first-served basis.

Whitelist winners announcement: Monday, January 17, 06:00 UTC
IDO participation: Monday, January 17, 11:00 UTC to Tuesday, January 18, 11:00 UTC.
$GLD TGE: Late January TBD

Whitelisted stakers are eligible to purchase $GLD at the Public IDO price of $0.02 BUSD per $GLD. The token can be purchased in allotments between $300 BUSD and $2,500 BUSD on a first-come, first-served basis. Purchases are made in $BUSD on the Binance Smart Chain.

Tokens purchased at IDO are subject to vesting with 25% unlocked at TGE followed by a two-month cliff and then 25% each month for three months.

As with all Corestarter IDO’s the allocation amount for each tier will not be known until after we close registration. This is because all users who are interested need to register to participate in an IDO on CoreStarter. Registration closes and then the allocations are calculated based on total users, tier multiplier, and the size of the raise. Registration opens on the 11th January at 10am UTC and closes on the 18th of January at 6pm UTC. Please note that all Corestarter IDO’s are conducted on the Solana blockchain and you will need to have USDC to purchase $GLD and some $SOL in your wallet for the transaction fee.
