IDO Process
This guide will explain everything you need to know about participating in GARI token sale (IDO) on SolRazr. IDO will happen in 2 phases. Phase 1 is SolRazr Pool which is accessible to those who stake SOLR. Phase 2 is Open Pool where anyone can participate.
KYC is mandatory for both pools. While you are allowed to participate in the IDO, you will receive GARI tokens only upon successful verification of KYC.
Please check the last section of this article for more information on KYC.
1. Participating In SolRazr Pool
Please note that participation in this pool requires SOLR to be staked. You can stake SOLR @ solrazr.com/staking

1.1 Staking Requirements & Allocation
Your allocation is capped based on how many SOLR you stake (tier you belong to) and the number of weeks you stake (tickets you earn). Minimum allocation for all tiers is $100
Tier 0 (Soil): Allocation is capped at $625 per ticket you hold. Maximum allocation is $5,000 if you are holding 8 tickets.
Tier 1 (Seed): Allocation is capped at $3,125 per ticket you hold. Maximum allocation is $25,000 if you are holding 8 tickets.
Tier 2 (Sapling): Allocation is capped at $12,500 per ticket you hold. Maximum allocation is $100,000 if you are holding 8 tickets.
Tier 3 (Tree): Allocation is capped at $100,000 for 2 tickets you hold. Maximum allocation is $250,000 if you have more than 2 tickets.
Tier 4 (Mighty Oak): Allocation is capped at $250,000 for 2 tickets you hold. Maximum allocation is $500,000 if you have more than 2 tickets.
You can stake anytime before the IDO opens as tickets are granted to you instantly based on how many weeks you select for staking. No need to stake days or weeks in advance, although we advise to stake as early as possible to avoid last minute rush.
1.2 IDO on 15th Dec, 2PM UTC
Please note that, unlike our other IDOs, there is no whitelist or lottery system for GARI token sale. Once you stake, you can come directly on the day of the IDO to participate in the token sale. IDO is FCFS basis.
Step 1: Connect Your Wallet
Please visit https://solrazr.com/projects/chingari and connect your wallet to start the IDO process. You can connect by choosing your preferred wallet. We support Sollet and Phantom. Sollet is an open-source wallet for advanced users and developers. We highly recommend using Phantom as its easy to use and has more built-in security features.
Step 2: Trust, But Verify
Once you are connected, your Solana wallet address will be displayed in the top right. Please verify if it is the correct address and then proceed to purchase by clicking on the purchase button.
Step 3: Ensure Your Wallet Is Funded
Please ensure your wallet is sufficiently funded with SOL (at least 0.01) and the right amount of USDC required to purchase GARI tokens.
Step 4: Almost There!
When you click on āPurchase,ā you will be prompted to approve a transaction on your wallet. Once approved, your token purchase is successfully completed.
Step 5: Zero Zip Zilch Nada
Congratulations, you have successfully participated in Chingari IDO and purchased GARI. Token distribution dates will be announced soon. If you have any questions, hit us up on Telegram.
2. Participating In Open Pool
Open community pool is open for everyone, no need to stake SOLR.
2.1 Allocation
Allocation in the open pool is capped at $500,000 per user. Minimum allocation is $100
2.2 IDO on 16th Dec, 2PM UTC
Please note that, unlike our other IDOs, there is no whitelist or lottery system for GARI token sale. You can come directly on the day of the IDO to participate in the token sale. IDO is FCFS basis.

3. Acquiring SOL, SOLR & USDC
SOL is required for transactions on Solana. SOLR is required if you are participating in the SolRazr Pool. USDC (SPL) is the main currency accepted in both SolRazr and Open Pools.
3.1 Acquiring SOL
Nearly all exchanges has listed SOL. You can acquire SOL from FTX or Kucoin or Binance. You can also get it from Serum based DEXs.
3.2 Acquiring USDC (SPL)

You can acquire USDC (SPL) from Serum based DEXs or you can simply swap SOL to USDC through your Phantom wallet.

4. KYC
Please carefully read all the items below to fully understand the KYC requirements for Chingari IDO
- We will have a separate KYC for Chingari IDO. We have partnered with Fractal. We will post the new KYC link shortly on our website. Donāt worry. If you have already done KYC on SolRazr before, then no need to do Chingari KYC.
- Only United States residents are NOT allowed in Chingari IDO.
- Please note that SolRazr KYC is different from Chingari KYC. SolRazr KYC makes you eligible for all IDOs including Chingari. However, if you are doing Chingari KYC specifically, then you are eligible only for Chingari IDO. For other IDOs, you are required to complete SolRazr KYC.
- Chingari KYC will open on 7 Dec, 2PM UTC and will remain open till 23 Dec, 2PM UTC
- You can participate in the IDO while your KYC is not complete. However, GARI token distribution will be done only for who complete KYC.
- If your KYC is not complete by 23 Dec, you will be refunded the IDO purchase amount.
